Actors
Build your cast and filter on the people in a video. Add more than one to widen the search.
Metadata
Filter on title, description, rating, color label and file path. Search custom properties and imported XMP data, including date ranges.
What was said
Speech-to-text ships in the box, so you can search videos by spoken words and click any sentence to play from that exact moment.
Who is on screen
Face recognition finds a person across your library. The Unnamed people tab groups faces of people who are not in your cast yet.

Collaborate
From the Server menu, a wizard walks you through sharing a catalog locally or over the internet. The hosted server serves the videos and companion images along with the catalog. Fast Video Cataloger supports scripting in C#. Customize the program or use it as a base to build your own video solutions. Documentation and samples are included, and the API is documented online. The full scripting API is also exposed as REST endpoints, so the catalog plugs into the rest of your post-production pipeline.
