The rest api allows a web page to display dynamic content from a Fast Video Cataloger server.
The REST api is for showing Fast video cataloger content on a web page. The rest api does not allow any writing to the catalog and the API is more limited than than other. The REST api can not be used from the client application. It is only supposed to be used on a web page.
Rest API SampleWhere the server is installed the html folder contains an example of using the web api to show videos from a video cataloge server. To test the sample on your server find the "server_url" and replace it with the root to your server.
