| IncludeKeywords | include these keyords only, if empty include all |
| IsIncludeCategoriesAND | How do we join the different queries [Keyword] AND [Property], [Keyword] OR [Property] |
| IsIncludeKeywordsAND | default we select anything that match any of the keywords, is this is set we match all the keywords |
