Upload folder

When a client adds a video it is uploaded to a temporary folder until the whole video has been successfully uploaded and indexed. If for some reason the upload fails it will not be moved to the catalog but kept in the upload folder. When you shut down the server to perform backups you can also remove all files in the upload folder as files here are failed uploads.
